Johnny Smith

I co-created the Disney feature film Gnomeo & Juliet and the British hit comedy Mike Bassett: England Manager.

I’ve also written for some of the UK’s best-loved TV shows, including Dennis and Gnasher, Muddle Earth, and Danger Mouse. My children’s books, John Smith is Not Boring, are published by Scholastic.

When I’m not writing, I live in London with my ever-patient wife, Lottie, and our daughters, Daisy and Flo.

I’m represented by Emily Wraith at Berlin Associates.
